All Routes Running as Scheduled, Office Remains Closed to Walk-in Service
The safety of our community and local team continues to be our #1 priority.
To protect our staff & customers, the office will remain temporarily closed to walk-in traffic and all incoming calls rerouted to local customer service staff offsite.
Since we anticipate higher call volumes, we recommend customers email us at customerservice5411@wcnx.org or click here with service related inquiries, or to set up new garbage collection for their home or business. We also encourage all residential customers to download our free Bitterroot Disposal app to stay updated on any service related communications. The app also allows you to set up helpful text message service reminders and link to online Bill Pay.

Due to limited access in most of the Hamilton Alleys we are asking that you move your cart out to a main road for pick up. We sent a truck today, Friday March 8, 2019, we will send one again on Monday, March 11, 2019, and resume your scheduled pick up on Wednesday.
If we are unable to service your cart this week please place your bagged trash (equivalent to your cart size) next to your cart to be removed. We will be running a spare truck to help out, so make sure your cart and bagged trash are out the night before your normal pick up day. If having trash next to your cart will not work for your situation, please contact our local office for other arrangements.
If you have once a month black lid service, your pick up next week (3/4-3/8) will count as your February Pick up.
Thank you for being so understanding and working with us through this weather.
Due to dangerous road conditions Bitterroot Disposal and Victor Transfer will be closed and not running garbage routes tomorrow, Tuesday February 26th. For residential customers we will be picking up 2 weeks worth of trash the following week. Please place your cart and bagged trash out the evening of Monday March 4th for Tuesday’s early morning pick up. Please do not place your cart out tonight for tomorrow’s pick up. Commercial customers will have pick up on Friday March 1st. Our office will be closed Tuesday February 26th, we will return voicemails and emails on Wednesday.
Collection Schedule: Please remember our route trucks run on ALL HOLIDAYS. Residential and Commercial routes will start at Midnight. Please make sure your cart is out and ready for pick up the night before your pick up day.
